Tim Cowan

Tim Cowan, a native of Atlanta, GA, discovered his entrepreneurial spirit during his time at Clemson University, where he earned a BS in Business. At the young age of 20, Tim made his first investment in real estate and soon after ventured into his first business endeavor. Although he was initially drawn to the corporate world after college, real estate remained a persistent passion in Tim's mind.

In 2007, Tim obtained his real estate license and became a co-founder of The Cowan Connection Team. Leveraging his extensive corporate knowledge, Tim excels in contract negotiations and brings invaluable expertise to the business. He is widely recognized as a master in his field.

Aside from his professional pursuits, Tim's heart beats for Clemson University and everything associated with it. An avid supporter of Clemson Tigers Football, he has actively served in various roles within the Clemson University Alumni Association. From 2006 to 2008, Tim held the position of President of the Atlanta Clemson Club and served on the Alumni National Council from 2009 to 2010. His dedication and volunteer efforts have earned him esteemed awards, including the 2007 Alumni Volunteer of the Year and the prestigious Golden Tiger award. Since 2008, Tim has also been a devoted IPTAY representative for Clemson athletics.

Wherever Tim goes, his passion for Clemson shines through, as evidenced by his unwavering commitment and his signature orange attire. Although he may be physically distant from Clemson University, Tim carries a piece of it with him at all times.

Currently, Tim resides in Marietta, GA, a place he calls home after growing up in the Atlanta area. He cherishes his role as a father to two incredible children: his son, Cody (15), and his daughter, Avery (13).
